Ventilation Systems

 Air handling and ventilation play an important role in collecting hazardous materials and preventing them from escaping to the environment. In many cases, the design of the ventilation system greatly impacts the cost of the subsequent treatment and control equipment. For this reason, NUCON has developed the capability of analyzing and optimizing air handling systems in order to provide an integrated solution to emission and recirculation problems.

• NUCON personnel serve on important ASHRAE and ASTM committees to maintain knowledge of current practices and new developments.

• The company and its technicians have been qualified under requirements of the NEBB to perform air balancing and have experience with a variety of commercial and industrial clients.

• NUCON has the capability to design collection and control systems for exhaust air streams from a variety of industrial processes containing hazardous materials.

• Ventilation systems that have been modified from the original design are often inadequate. NUCON has the capability to analyze the situation and make changes to restore effectiveness.
